TERMS OF CONTRACT
Adherence to this policy will make your trip more enjoyable and safe, enhancing our effort to provide superior
equipment to discriminating travelers.
REGULATIONS:
Agreement made and terms of this contract is subject to all applicable federal, state, and city regulations and is contingent
Upon Destiny Limousine Services' ("Carrier").
DEPOSIT:
A deposit shall be required upon placing the order. The balance is due 30 days prior to event.
No limousine is guaranteed without a deposit.
ADDITIONAL CHARGES:
In event scheduled charter must change it's services, as a result of increased time, miles or additional services, an additional
fee will be charged by "Carrier". A $50.00 cleaning fee will be applied if the vehicle is not returned in the manner in
which it was chartered.
DECORATIONS:
Destiny Limousine Service will provide all decorations for the vehicles according to the event and request of the client.
DAMAGE TO VEHICLES:
The cost of repairing any vehicle(s) as a result of the customer is due as soon as the cost of the repairs are determined.
CANCELLATION:
Must be received 30 days prior to departure and in writing. After such time, forfeiture of the deposit is definitive. If carrier
cancels or is unable to perform it's obligation to transport the passengers covered by this contract on the return charter,
or at any point during the charter, carrier shall be entitled to retain such proportion of the carrier fee for the miles it has actually
transported bear to the total miles agreed on to be transported. Total number of passengers cannot exceed the seating capacity
of the limousine. Use of tobacco products, alcohol or illegal substances is prohibited in the limousine.
LIABILITY:
Liability of carrier for passengers, baggage and other personal property shall be as follows: Carrier shall not be liable
for any death, injury, loss or claims of any nature in connection with the transportation of passengers or personal
property of baggage unless the same is due to negligence of willful misconduct of carrier.
Carrier will not be liable for delays caused by an act of God, authority of law, strikes, accidents, mechanical failure,
bad road conditions or compliance with any law regulation.
Carrier is not responsible in any way for passenger(s) at times when they are not in the vehicle, including passenger(s)
prior to boarding or after departure, or if the passenger disembarks during the trip.
