• Click every menu link and button
• Check hours, prices and staff

Quarterly · 30 minutes

• Read every page; note anything out of date
• Check Google Business Profile matches the website
• Add new photos of recent work
• Add one useful page, FAQ or project

Yearly

• Confirm domain and hosting renewals
• Run PageSpeed Insights on key pages
• Review the security checklist
• Review services and prices
• Check the privacy notice matches current tools
