Privacy policy.

TL Web Design (“we”) is a web design studio in Cleveland, Ohio. This page explains what information this website collects, why, and what you can do about it.

What we collect

When you contact us. The project form asks for your name, email, phone (optional), business type, timeline and a message. We use it to reply to you and prepare an estimate.

When you request a website update. Existing clients who use the Client Updates form give us their contact details, website details, the changes they want, and any files they upload. We use it to do the work and to email you confirmations and status updates.

Studio accounts. The studio’s admin sign-in stores the email address and password needed to access requests. Only TL Web Design staff have accounts.

We don’t sell your information, and we don’t use it for advertising.

Where it’s stored

Form submissions and uploaded files are stored with our backend provider (Supabase) and are only readable by signed-in studio staff. Confirmation and status emails are sent automatically from that system.

Cookies and browser storage

This site doesn’t use advertising or tracking cookies. It stores a few small settings in your own browser: whether you turned on Calm mode, whether you’ve already seen the intro animation, and the progress of an unfinished update request so you don’t lose it. You can clear these any time in your browser settings.

Third-party services

Fonts and scripts are served from our own server. If we turn on visitor statistics, we use Plausible Analytics, which counts visits without cookies and without collecting personal information. Our forms may use Cloudflare Turnstile to block spam bots. Links to Facebook and to client websites take you to sites with their own privacy policies.

How long we keep it

We keep project and update-request records while we’re working together and for as long as needed for our business records. Ask us and we’ll delete information we’re not required to keep.
