How often should you update your website?

The right rhythm for facts, photos, pages and articles, so your site stays accurate and keeps earning trust, without becoming a second job.

What you’ll learn

  • What to update immediately, monthly and quarterly
  • How to keep details matching everywhere
  • Content that’s worth adding over time
  • How to plan 90 days in one sitting

Why it matters

Wrong hours or an old phone number sends customers to a competitor, and a site that never changes tells visitors (and Google) that nobody is home.

Immediately

Your business name, address, phone, hours, services and prices. When any of these change, update the website and your Google Business Profile the same day. These should match everywhere they appear.
