Web Design for Roofers

Roofing websites built for the week after the storm, when every homeowner on the street is comparing roofers on a phone and calling the one they trust first.

The real problem

Roofing is a trust sale.

A new roof is one of the biggest checks a homeowner writes, and the roofing business has a reputation problem: storm chasers, high-pressure sales and contractors who disappear before the warranty matters. Homeowners know this. They read your website looking for reasons to trust you, and they leave the moment something feels generic.

Most roofing websites give them very little to hold on to: a stock photo of a smiling family, a list of services, and a contact form that feels like it goes nowhere. Nothing about the process, the insurance claim, the warranty or the cost. Meanwhile the homeowner has three other tabs open.

The roofing sites that win show the work, explain the process in plain English and make the next step feel safe: a free inspection, not a sales pitch.

What a roofing website needs

Built for storm season.

  • A storm modeA banner that goes up after hail or high winds with the one thing homeowners need: a free inspection and help with the insurance claim.
  • An inspection offer that feels safeFree inspections booked online, and a way to text photos of the damage first, so nobody has to commit to a salesperson in the driveway.
  • The insurance process, explainedStep by step, from the storm to the new roof, including who meets the adjuster. This is the part homeowners are most nervous about.
  • Real projects with before-and-afterYour own roofs, from the same angle, before and after. Nothing proves quality faster.
  • Financing in plain numbersA monthly estimate turns a scary total into a decision a family can make.
  • Warranty and credentials stated plainlyWorkmanship warranty, manufacturer certifications, insurance and any local contractor registrations, in plain words and easy to find.

Inside the demo

What IronPeak shows you.

IronPeak is an eight-page roofing site I built to show what is possible for a roofing company in this market:

  • Golden-hour flyover filmA looping flyover of a suburban street as the hero, made in code, so it loads light and never looks like stock.
  • Drone scanAn interactive drone inspection that shows what a free 4K inspection finds, leading straight to the booking form.
  • Material selectorHomeowners pick shingle or standing-seam metal and see it on a house before they call.
  • Hail damage checklist and claim stepsSeven signs of hail damage to tap through, and the insurance process in five plain steps.
  • Financing calculator and service-area mapA monthly payment estimate, and an Ohio map of the Cleveland, Akron and Canton areas it serves.

Getting found

Local SEO for roofers.

Roofing searches are local and seasonal: “roofer near me,” “roof replacement Akron,” “hail damage roof repair Cleveland.” They spike after storms, and the roofers who already have the right pages in place catch the surge. I build roofing sites with a page for each service, a page for each key city in your area, schema markup that tells Google you are a roofing contractor and where you work, and a Google Business Profile that matches the site.

Ohio does not license residential roofers at the state level, but many cities require contractor registration, and homeowners do look for it. Listing your registrations, insurance and manufacturer certifications on the site is both a trust signal and a ranking signal. To learn more about how local search works, The Site Desk covers it in free, plain-English lessons.

Questions

Good questions.

How much does a roofing website cost?

Starter is $475 and Growth starts at $950 (proposal-based). Custom interactive features are quoted after a free consultation. No deposit; you pay on completion.

Can I turn on a storm banner myself?

Yes. Storm mode can be set up as a simple switch, or a $35 text edit through Client Updates if you would rather I do it.

Can homeowners send photos of damage from the site?

Yes. A text-photos button opens their messaging app with your number, and the contact form can accept photo uploads.

Will the site help with insurance-claim leads?

It explains the claim process clearly and offers a free inspection, which is what homeowners look for after a storm. The leads still depend on your reputation and reviews, and the site is built to show both.

Is IronPeak a real roofing company?

No. IronPeak Roofing Co. is a fictional company I built as a working example. Your site would use your own name, photos, projects and reviews.
