Toledo Web Design

Custom websites for Toledo, Sylvania, Perrysburg, Maumee and the rest of Northwest Ohio, designed and hand-built by one person since 2010 and delivered remotely from Cleveland.

Web design Toledo, Ohio

Toledo customers want a Toledo business.

People in the Glass City are loyal to local. When a homeowner in West Toledo needs a roofer, or someone in Sylvania is choosing a new dentist, they search with a town name, open a few results, and call the business that clearly serves their side of the Maumee River. A website that never mentions Toledo, Lucas County or a single neighborhood is easy to skip.

Toledo web design should start there: say where you work, give each service its own page, and make the phone number impossible to miss on a phone. That sounds basic, but most small business sites in Northwest Ohio still miss at least one of the three.

TL Web Design is based in Cleveland, about two hours east on the Turnpike, and works with Toledo businesses remotely. You get the same one-on-one process as a Cleveland client: a free consultation by phone or video, a written page plan, a design you approve, and every draft shared online for you to review. There is no Toledo office, and there does not need to be.

Real work

Sites you can open right now.

These are real clients, live on the web today:

  • DLuxe Beauty ConsultingA Fairlawn salon (Akron area) for dimensional color and textured hair. TL Web Design built the website and a custom booking platform with customer accounts, an owner back end, a stylist view and day-of and 30-minutes-before text reminders, instead of renting Vagaro, Fresha or Booksy. Every Toledo site I build includes the pieces that turn a search into a call:

  • Your towns, by nameToledo, Sylvania, Perrysburg, Maumee and the other places you serve, in titles, headings and schema markup.
  • A page for every service that paysSo “furnace repair Toledo” and “roof replacement Perrysburg” each have a page that can rank.
  • Call and book in one tapA sticky call button on phones and online booking on Growth sites.
  • ProofReal photos, real reviews and license or registration numbers where your trade has them.
  • SpeedHand-written code that loads fast on a phone, even on a weak signal.
  • Google Business Profile alignmentThe same name, service area and phone on the site and on Maps.

Toledo industries

Websites for a working city.

Toledo’s economy is a mix of manufacturing, glass and auto, healthcare, logistics along the turnpike and the river, universities, and a lot of small service businesses that keep it all running. Each of those needs a different kind of site.

Contractors need emergency-first pages and town-by-town coverage across Lucas and Wood counties. Restaurants and shops downtown and in the suburbs need menus, hours and directions that work on a phone, especially on game days at Fifth Third Field. Clinics and professional offices need clear service pages and easy booking. Suppliers and manufacturers need a credible site that explains what they make and helps them hire. The contractor demos on the Ohio web design page show what a trade site can do, and the HVAC, roofing, plumbing and electrical pages go deeper.

How remote works

Two hours away, one call away.

Working remotely is how most of my clients already work, even in Cleveland. The free consultation happens by phone or video. I send a short questionnaire and a page plan. You review the design and every draft on a private link, from your desk or your phone, and send notes back. When the site is ready, we launch it together on a call.

Most three-to-five page sites launch in three to four weeks, depending on how quickly the content and photos come in. You always reach the person doing the work, at 216-272-5884 or by email.
